Annual Salary is inclusive of 1 sleep-in per week at £40 each Base rate starts at £13.28 per hour (£26,931.84 a year) to £14.02 per hour (£28,431.84 a year). Annual salary is based on an average 39-hour week, and is pro rata for part time. About Smoothstone Care and Education Smoothstone Care and Education provide safe, stimulating care and aspirational educational opportunities to children and young people aged between 11 and 18 with a range of complex speech, language and communication difficulties including autism.
