Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Sales Manager for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The role is based in the Sunbury-on-Thames area.Duties:-Full responsibility for overseeing and managing the Sales operationWorking closely with the MD on all Sales mattersResponsible for growing the department (including recruitment)Managing Sales executives (Internal and External)Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visitsBuilding up suspects and converting them to prospectsProfiling customersDemonstrating and presenting productsAssist with generating new businessManaging and growing existing clientsMaintaining accurate sales recordsAttending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetingsReviewing sales performanceNegotiating contracts with customers and closing the contractWorking towards monthly or annual targets.Requirements: Freight sales experience- Ability to sell all products including Air, Ocean and RoadfreightAs an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight recruitment specialist.
