We are looking for an experienced

IT leader

with a consultancy mindset to support one of our clients, a small but sophisticated player in the Financial Services space. This is a

short-term, high-impact assignment (2–3 months) , ideal for an Interim Manager with proven expertise in IT governance and process improvement.You will work hand-in-hand with the current IT team, acting as a strategic partner to review, improve, and document their internal IT processes and tooling, with a focus on best practices for financial services.Functions

Collaborate with IT leads to assess and improve IT processes and controls.Evaluate current tooling and infrastructure to ensure alignment with industry best practices.Provide hands-on leadership to design and document robust, scalable IT frameworks.Influence internal stakeholders through clear, confident communication and actionable insights.Serve as a bridge between technology and business, ensuring IT supports corporate growth.Deliver tangible results within a limited timeframe.Requirements

Proven track record as an IT Manager, Head of IT, or CTO in small to medium-sized companies.Experience in Consulting or Interim Management, with the ability to integrate quickly and work autonomously.Up-to-date knowledge of modern IT tools, platforms, and best practices.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of the Financial Services, Insurance, or Capital Markets sectors.Better if you have
