CS 31963Technical Support Engineer - Pump Industry 35,000 - 45,000WolverhamptonAlecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Pump Service Engineers or Technical Support Engineers based in the Midlands who would be interested in joining a market leading distributor of pumps and associated machinery.In an office-based position you will carry out a key range of duties for the company by way of both internal and external technical support and estimating for customers.Role ResponsibilitiesTechnical Estimation and Quotation of equipment including, but not limited to: Replacement Pumps, Cold Water Booster Sets, Pressurisation Equipment, Pump Spares, Service and Commissioning Visits.Technical support to service and workshop engineers, clients and internal/external sales staff.Sales order processing for built to order products and services/site visits.Purchase order processing for any necessary parts required for production and service.Issuing workshop build instruction documentation - build and test certificate templates etc.Bill of Materials processing for built products.Booking engineer site visits into the service calendar where necessary.Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with our quality management system.Ensuring and promoting high levels of health and safety standards.Ensuring and promoting high levels of environmental standards.Desired ProfileEssential Requirements:Minimum 5 years'' experience in the pump industry - awareness of large manufacturers.M
