Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing planning applications, including large-scale and complex schemesOverseeing the preparation and submission of Development Consent Order (DCO) applicationsSupporting and contributing to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)Acting as a key point of contact for clients, local authorities, and regulatory bodiesProviding strategic planning advice across a range of sectors, with a focus on minerals and wasteMentoring junior team members and contributing to team developmentAbout YouTo be considered for this role, you will:Be Chartered (MRTPI) or working towards chartershipHave demonstrable experience in town planning, ideally within minerals and wastePossess strong knowledge of EIA processes and regulationsHave experience liaising with regulators and key stakeholdersBe confident managing projects and delivering work to tight deadline
