The Role As a key member of the planning team, you ll play an essential role in ensuring that construction programmes are realistic, efficient, and fully aligned with project goals.Your responsibilities will include: Developing and managing detailed construction programmes that reflect real on-site progress and contractual obligations. Producing and maintaining NEC3/NEC4 programmes for submission and acceptance. Monitoring site progress, identifying potential delays, and working with teams to develop mitigation strategies. Reviewing compensation events and variations, preparing robust evidence to support contractual claims. Supporting commercial teams with programme input for cost and resource planning.
