Our client an established Estate Agent is seeking a Sales Progressor

Salary:            from £20,000 pa based on age and any transferrable skills

OTE:               £30,000 pa

Benefits:        28 days leave inc BH,        

Hours             9.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Location:        Orpington

Extra earning potential - not Included in the OTE, all team members can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, Google reviews, and referral of listings and lettings business. gaining a 5 Star Google review equates to £10 bonus

Please note candidates must drive and have their own car.

Sales Progressor Job Summary:

The Sales Progressor role is a pivotal part of the sales team.  Duties are to keep up to date with the sales progression of properties.

The role Sales Progressor role focuses on supporting the sales team and contributing to branch success through excellent communication and teamwork.

Sales Progressor Candidate Profile:

  • Have a hunger for learning and a strong desire to develop new skills, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Have strong communication skills and a desire to build client relationships.
  • Are comfortable with or willing to learn technology, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Are organised, punctual, and able to manage tasks effectively.

  • Are adaptable, resilient, and keen to develop through training and hands-on experience.

Sales Progressor Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Provide timely updates to vendors and learn to share property and pricing feedback effectively.
  • Technology Use: Develop skills in using company CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and property portals. Assist with branch social media, such as TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
  • Time Management: Maintain an organised diary, complete tasks on time, and follow daily task sheets.
  • Teamwork & Culture: Contribute to a positive, fun, and innovative team environment, embracing growth and collaboration.
  • Performance Tracking: Learn to track performance, manage emails, and maintain professional phone and interpersonal skills.
