Client Accountant Maternity Cover Contract Salary: £30,000 £38,000 Location: Hampstead (possible hybrid options available) Our client, a highly respected and award-winning estate agency with an extensive network of over 35 offices, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Client Accountant to join their finance team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in helping to manage the financial operations of the company s property management portfolio. You will be responsible for raising rent demands and client invoices, along with processing creditor invoices, cheque payments, and daily receipts to ensure accounts remain accurate and up to date. The role also carries responsibility for completing monthly bank reconciliations, producing monthly and quarterly client statements and extracts, and managing client and VAT reporting. In addition, you will support ad-hoc financial reporting requirements, often utilising Excel to deliver insights tailored to individual client specifications.
