We are looking for an-Mobile Plumber-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an-Mobile Plumber-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the-Mobile Plumber,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Mobile Plumber,-will be responsible for:

• Maintain, service, and repair mechanical installations including:

1. Ventilation systems (AHU, intake/extract)
2. Heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs)
3. Water system assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).

• Deliver the highest standard of client service by responding promptly to queries and keeping clients informed of site activities during service visits.
• Identify, report, and document any defects or issues found during inspections and repairs.
• Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection reports, remedial work logs, and maintenance records in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work procedures, and safe working practices during all site activities.
• Perform manual handling tasks safely, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Use mobile devices and IT systems to access job information, update records, and communicate effectively.

To be successful for this Mobile Plumber-role you must have:

• Valid full driving licence.
• IT literate with experience using mobile devices and basic software applications.
• Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds Level 3 or Level 5, NVQ, HNC, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of work.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and confined spaces.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
