Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing / engineering environment. Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Main Duties: • Repair CNC Machinery, Manual Machines and Machining Centres • Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls • Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems • Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues • Identify and replace parts as necessary • Complete testing and make adjustments of parts as needed • Complete full condition appraisals on CNC machinery • Complete planned and preventative procedures • Planning and assisting with machine moves • Escalate issues that could disrupt production They require a Multi Skilled Maintenance engineer with a minimum 5 years experience. Qualifications / Skills/ Experience: • Time served NVQ and / or degree qualified • Strong electrical, systems repair and diagnostic skills with strong mechanical skills • Conversant with CNC machinery including multi axis lathes, horizontal and vertical milling machines • Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides •
