The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support both in person and over the phone. You’ll help customers choose the right storage solutions, handle enquiries, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and sell the company’s range of services to potential and existing customers.
• Respond to enquiries efficiently over the phone and face-to-face.
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation.
• Contribute to achieving store financial targets and maximising revenue.
• Identify opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue from each customer.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed for staff and customers.
