An established structural engineering practice in London is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join its growing team. Lead and manage multiple projects, taking full technical and financial responsibilityParticipate in quarterly management meetings and contribute to business strategyConduct performance development reviews (PDRs) where delegatedPrepare and lead proposals for new projectsRepresent the practice externally and build strong client relationshipsChampion sustainability across all projects, encouraging carbon calculations and material comparisons to reduce environmental impactQualifications
Minimum of eight years’ experience in structural engineeringDegree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering disciplineChartered status with ICE, IStructE, or equivalentStrong portfolio of completed built projectsSeniority level
