Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Planning Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with organisational goals (student recruitment, research impact, alumni engagement, employer partnerships, etc.).Identify emerging trends in the HE sector and digital media to keep the institution at the forefront of engagement innovation.Plan and manage social media calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
