You will be a key first point of contact for HR enquiries, so strong communication skills, accuracy and confidentiality are essential.Key Responsibilities:Managing the HR inbox, handling first-line enquiries and directing queries to the appropriate HR contactAnswering phone and office-based HR queries in a professional and helpful mannerSupporting new starter processes, company induction, onboarding and documentationMaintaining accurate employee records, spreadsheets, HR systems and documentationSupporting probationary reviews, benefits administration, leavers processes and general HR tasksPreparing letters, forms and documents, ensuring accuracy and appropriate authorisationAssisting the HR Manager, HR Advisor and Coordinators with wider departmental administrationSkills and Experience:Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlinesClear communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising with employees, managers and external contactsHigh levels of confidentiality, accuracy
