Duties: 

• Conduct complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of modern vehicles.
• Lead technical projects within the workshop and support junior technicians
• Ensure all work is completed to main dealer standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Advise service advisors and customers on technical issues and repair options
• Maximise upsell opportunities on repairs and parts
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and technical work performed
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and promote customer satisfaction

Requirements as a Master Technician / MOT Tester:

• Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Current MOT licence
• Extensive diagnostic experience with modern vehicle technology
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Professional, customer-oriented approach
• Full UK driving licence
