Are you passionate about optimising production capacity and leading teams to deliver operational excellence?As Site Planning Team Leader, you’ll shape our production and delivery planning while developing a high-performing team to meet SLAs and KPIs.How You Will Make an ImpactYou will lead a team of planners responsible for inbound, production and outbound scheduling at Lockerbie Dairy. Your role is to ensure seamless execution of Sales and Operational Planning and Sales and Operational Execution decisions, optimise resources and foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.Lead and coach planners to optimise production schedules, raw-material sub-ordering and delivery planningLink SandOP/E decisions to daily plans to ensure execution of corporate forecasts and market SLAsMonitor KPIs, review planning procedures and drive waste reduction across site and supply chainMaintain optimal stock levels of finished goods, ingredients and packaging to minimise working capitalFoster a safe, inclusive and food-safe environment; manage shift planning and support team developmentWhat Will Make You SuccessfulYou will bring with you a good level of experience in FMCG or manufacturing planning roles, coupled with strong IT and ERP skills (particularly SAP) and the financial acumen needed to work within corporate budgets.You will have proven team-leadership, coaching and competency-development experience, and you’re an analytical thinker who uses data to make informed, timely decisions.As a collaborative communicator, you build positive relationships and influence across teams, and you’re results-oriented, driving continuous improvement and consistently meeting KPIs.
