Your new role Working with a small and knowledgeable team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of the internal team supporting the service engineers.Key duties include: Efficiently scheduling and coordinating engineer''s diaries Be the primary point of contact for customers, including managing current customer queries, to maintain strong relationships. Oversee job planning, maintenance of job sheets, and support with projects Reporting of KPIsMaintenance of records Administration tasks.
