DescriptionDevelop and execute creative design concepts for retail projects.Gather inspiration from trips across the UK and globally.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.Produce high-quality visuals and samples for presentations and approvals.Maintain consistency across all design outputs within the department.Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.Manage multiple design projects within deadlines and budgets.Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when needed.ProfileA successful Senior Designer should have:7+ years working with a supplier (preferably) to UK high street brands.Experience in jerseywear is a must, and casual wovens graphic direction would be a plus.A strong portfolio showcasing experience in retail design within the fashion industry.Ideally experience working with Bangladesh.An eye for detail and a creative mindset to produce compelling designs.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.The ability to manage wor
