We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Capital Accountant to join our clients team on a remote basis, working 5 days per week.Role Overview: As an Interim Capital Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, particularly focusing on capital accounting and audit requirements. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with officers to prepare and deliver 2024/25 year-end capital accounting and audit requirements, including working papers.Review current processes and procedures with officers, updating and amending as necessary.Assist with the implementation of IFRS16 as required.Requirements:Proven experience in capital accounting, preferably within a local government or public sector environment.Strong understanding of IFRS16 and its implementation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong communication and collaboration skills.What We Offer:Competitive daily rate of £450.Fully remote role with no office presence required.Opportunity to contribute to the financia
