Veritas Education are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school in the Bury area.

This role involves supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum while supporting their social and emotional development.

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Support small groups of children within the classroom
• Assist pupils across both KS1 and KS2
• Help children engage with learning activities and classroom routines
• Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
• Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff
• Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable
• Experience working within a primary school setting is preferred

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
