This is a full-time role, working closely with class teachers and the SEND team to provide tailored support that helps pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You''ll play a key part in creating a nurturing learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, and able to achieve their potential. Alongside the school team, you will also be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.Key Responsibilities Support individual pupils or small groups with additional learning needs Follow and support delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom culture Assist with classroom management and learning activities Provide personal care or behaviour support when requiredRequirements Minimum 6 months experience working within a UK school or educational setting Experience supporting children with SEND (preferred but not essential) A caring, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to applyIf you''re passionate about supporting young learners and want to make a m
