The improvements need to be delivered to tight deadlines and to a high quality managing the appointed supply chain on-site and completed to high contract management outturns. SHP is seeking to recruit two Planned Works Surveyor who will lead on delivery and implementation of planned/capital works. Key Responsibilities Deliver specific building capital projects and programmes from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, to budget and to the defined quality. Maintain effective client relationships and appropriate communication with all stakeholders to ensure the client brief is adhered to. Provide advice throughout all stages of the project from initiation, brief compilation, on the appropriate procurement strategy for individual projects and undertake the procurement of both consultants and contractors.
