Workshop Supervisor / Manager Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor / Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Romsey. Introduction The Workshop Supervisor / Manager will be responsible for the leading and supervising the fabrication team, providing direct support to the Production Manager. As well as leadership this will be a hands on role. Fabrication experience would be highly desirable however if you have workshop experience or other transferable production based skills and the ability to use various hand and power tooling and keen to learn all fabricating techniques, we''d still love to hear from you. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with an excellent attitude and aptitude to progression and work ethics and importantly imparting this to their team members. Responsibilities Leading and supervising the Fabrication team To ensure the efficient and timely manufacture of the company s fabricated products/solutions Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, to standards and specifications Ensure that all Fabricators and processes are safe and comply with health and safety requirements Cooperate and communicate effectively with Production management and Projects team Support production planning to ensure availability of materials and labour resources Production reporting processes Support the training and development of the fabrication team
