These roles involve working within professional kitchens in schools, colleges, hospitals, and care environments, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals in accordance with specific dietary requirements and client standardsAlways maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practicesManage stock, ensure proper food storage, and minimise wasteAdhere to health and safety regulations and site-specific policies Requirements:Proven experience working as a Chef within education or healthcare settingsEnhanced DBS certificate essentialValid Food Hygiene and Safety certification (training can be provided if required)Strong understanding of allergen management and nutritional standardsOpportunities for ongoing assignments and permanent placementsSupport with compliance documentation and training if required
