Prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall, ceilings, partitions, and other interior works. Develop and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and within the agreed budget. Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project specifications. Manage project cash flow, ensuring timely payments to subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and recovery of project costs.
