TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning FM Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Project Manager to join a Commercial project in the Northwest, with the scope to oversee various projects on a long-term contract. We are looking for a manager to oversee the HandS, labour, and MandE packages on site. The sites will include refurbishments and the construction of various commercial proeprties. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee both the Mechanical and Electrical installation on site. Manage all Civil and Groundwork labour on site. Liaise with key stakeholders and clients including frequent updates on the progress of the project. Promote strict Health and Safety rules on site. Hours: Monday Friday, 8 hours per day. Pay £275-£300 Per day (CIS). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Relevant trade background (NVQ) Experience managing groundwork''s and civils projects Enhanced DBS SMSTS or SMSTS First-Aid (desired) Temporary works certificate (desired) Please apply to find out more information.
