Damp and Mould / Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing Location: North West London Rate: 27 per hour Contract: Temporary, 3-6 months The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Damp and Mould Supervisor, and a Repairs Supervisor to join a respected local authority in North West London on a 3-6 month temporary contract. This role offers the chance to play a key part in improving housing standards for tenants by managing responsive repair works and damp and mould cases across the housing stock.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising operatives and contractors, ensuring repairs are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with health and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day responsive repairs and damp and mould works across social housing propertiesCarry out property inspections and post-works checks, ensuring quality and complianceManage operatives and subcontractors, allocating workloads and monitoring performanceAct as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring excellent customer service and communicationPrepare and review reports, schedules of work, and updates for managersEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and housing standardsMonitor budgets, KPIs and timescales, driving improvements where requiredSupport the housing team in resolving disrepair and complex maintenance cases RequirementsProven experience as a Supervisor within social housing repairs or damp and mould works - essentialStron
