Network Infrastructure Design Consultant
This is a contract role for an experienced Cabling and Network Design Specialist to lead projects for a Big Four Tech company in London. The role involves planning and design of infrastructure including cabling, networks, smart building technology and telecoms. It is an advisory position focusing on using technology knowledge, design capability, technical writing and strong communication to drive projects forward. The initial contract length is 6 months, with potential extension.
Responsibilities
Lead and design infrastructure projects covering cabling, networks, smart building tech and telecoms.Develop IT design documentation and technical writing to support project delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet standards and functional requirements.Key Skills
Creation of IT Design documentationExperience with cabling, hardware, rack builds, and DTU coolingDesign and documentation, technical writingKey Experience / Infrastructure Types and Standards
