Customer Service Advisor
A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.45pm and paying 25,800 - 26,500 per annum depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to:Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email and phone.Provide advice and guidance on the company''s product range.Process customer ordersResolve delivery-related issues and handle customer complaints professionally and tactfully.Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:Excellent communication skills.3+ years'' experience within a call centre and customer service position Manufacturing, Engineering or construction industry experience is desirable but not essentialPositive, can-do attitude.Proficient within the Microsoft PackagesIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position, please apply with your CV.
