The role would suit a seasoned Senior QS or a capable Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up. A background or knowledge of carpentry or traditional building methods would be highly beneficial.What You Will Be Doing:Manage all cost-related aspects of high-end residential construction projectsPrepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accountsOversee subcontractor procurement and account managementLead financial reporting, including CVRs and forecastsProvide commercial insight to the project delivery teamLiaise with clients, architects, and site managers to ensure smooth project deliveryContribute to pre-construction
