Document Controller

BMSL Group need an experienced Document Controller for a new build construction project in Pembroke Dock. Duties to include: Controlling company and project documentation Following and improving document control procedures Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals Producing document progress reports for senior managers Conducting regular reviews and document audits Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company Helping in the planning stages of a specific project Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion Working in an office. You will need to provide a CV showing previous experience within a similar role. 4-5 Months work There is 10 hours per day available Monday to Friday, possibly 12 hours available. Lodge paid if travelling. Monday to Friday - 18.00 - 21.00 p/hr (dependant on experience) 120 per night lodge allowance if outside reasonable travel distance Overtime rates of x1.4 and x1.8 for weekends, weekday overtime of x1.4 after 50 hours CIS Payment available There is free parking on site.
