The Role:

Youandrsquo;ll be supporting students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Your role will involve:

• Providing tailored support in class and during intervention sessions
• Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
• Encouraging student engagement and confidence
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN in a school setting
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• TA or SEN-related qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) desierable.andnbsp;
