About the Role
A leading residential construction contractor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years'' experience in estimating to develop their career within a supportive environment, working on high-quality housing projects.

You''ll be involved in cost planning, tender preparation, and budget support, working alongside an experienced team and gaining exposure to the full estimating process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing accurate estimates, bills of quantities, and cost take-offs for residential projects.

• Provide support with tender submissions and contractor procurement.

• Contribute to budget preparation and cost forecasting.

• Work collaboratively with design teams, project managers, and subcontractors.

• Review and analyse contract documentation with guidance from senior team members.

About You

• 1-2 years'' experience in an estimating role (construction background ideal, but developer experience not essential).

• Good understanding of cost planning and tender processes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software an advantage.

• Strong numerical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
