What''s the role?Brush Power Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of HV electrical infrastructure projects across our new and existing developments. This role will initially support our Iver project.Working Conditions - This is an onsite role with significant time spent at the Iver construction site, 40hrs per week Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate should have a full UK drivers license and should be comfortable with travelling as and when required as part of the role.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time.Identify and procure material, equipment and labour required for projectsManage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other vendorsEnsure projects are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and standards including Health and Safety regulationsCommunicate with clients, stakeholders and regulatory agencies to ensure that project requirements are met and address any issues raisedManage the quality of work and ensure that projects meet or exceed customer expectationsIdentify and mitigate project risks, taking corrective action as neededMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsManage the project financials, including forecasting, budgeting and cost managementManage the project team, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance and direction, and evaluating perfor
