Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a background in MEP packages, looking to play a key role in delivering a major healthcare infrastructure project?

This is an opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a high-value installation within a flagship emergency care development, contributing to a project that will have a lasting impact on regional healthcare services.

You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, supply chain partners, and project teams, ensuring commercial excellence from pre-construction through to final account. With a strong emphasis on mentoring and professional growth, this position offers the chance to further develop your expertise while contributing to the success of a nationally significant build.

The Role:

• Lead commercial management of a major MEP package
• Manage valuations, variations, and project cash flow
• Procure and manage subcontractors

The Candidate:

• Degree qualified or equivalent in quantity surveying or commercial management
• Experience of MEP projects or similar
• Skilled in variations, claims, and contracts
