About the Role: We re currently recruiting an experienced Recycling Operative to join a well-established scrap metal merchant in Shepshed. This is a hands-on role involving the sorting and processing of scrap metal, plastics, and other recyclable materials. You will be working in a busy, dusty, and noisy environment, so previous experience in a similar setting especially in a metal recycling facility is highly preferred. The role does not involve heavy lifting, but it does require attention to detail, focus, and the ability to work independently.
