Responsibilities of the Electrical Shift Engineer Planned Preventative Maintenance of all HVAC plant Very high-tech modern building Executing Electrical and Electrical PPM s Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld Investigate and report on issues with the BMS systems. Carry out daily checks on plant and equipment and report issues back to management. Attend call outs relating to emergency breakdowns on other buildings on the contract when required. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels and disciplines due to being a very customer facing role.
