We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants with SEN experience to join our welcoming and forward-thinking Special Educational Needs School located in Basildon, Essex.

The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Assist with the delivery of personalised learning plans
- Encourage the development of social and communication skills
- Help manage challenging behaviour using a positive and therapeutic approach
- Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)
- A calm, patient, and resilient nature
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential)
