About the RoleThis is a key leadership position within a specialist setting, ideal for a passionate and resilient professional who is committed to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.You will take strategic and operational responsibility for behaviour, pastoral provision, and attendance, ensuring that every pupil is supported to engage positively with education.
