With a diverse caseload, you will hit the ground running with a focus on the below duties:Manage a caseload of 50 to 60 files across residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new-build transactions.Handle the entire transaction process from instruction to post-completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.Recognising potential risks and adapting procedure or advise where required to resolve issues.Liaise professionally and effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.Conduct title checks, searches, and contract drafting, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Working collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrate eachothers successesOverseeing support staff and delegating tasks where neededAbout You
