Business Development Manager Consumables & Accessories (CA West)

As Business Development Manager – Consumables and Accessories (CA West), you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and enhancing the customer experience across our aftermarket offering. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure our Consumables and Accessories portfolio is optimised, relevant, and aligned with our strategic ambitions.Your Mission
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that unlock growth opportunities within the CA West region. Working closely with ERT/KRT account managers and managing selected B2B customers directly, you’ll identify performance gaps, support customer conversations, and ensure our offer meets evolving market needs. You’ll also collaborate with the Product Line Manager to ensure the right range and pricing framework is in place, and work alongside the B2B Spares Development Manager to deliver a seamless aftermarket experience.Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with internal teams and B2B customers, using insights and feedback to identify growth opportunities and shape market strategies that support our business goals.
Ensure the Consumables and Accessories portfolio is competitive and meets customer needs, while collaborating with central teams to develop pricing strategies that support sustainable and profitable growth.
Monitor sales performance and forecast demand, identifying and optimising low-value accounts to ensure long-term profitability and efficiency.
Champion the integration of Consumables and Accessories across all sales channels, ensuring visibility, relevance, and alignment with customer expectations.
Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and respect, recognising that diverse perspectives drive innovation and better outcomes.
Contribute to additional projects and initiatives that support our commercial goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Who You Are
Degree-qualified in Business, Management or equivalent experience
5–8 years’ experience in aftermarket sales, ideally within consumer goods
Proven success in key account management and customer development
Strong understanding of aftermarket/Consumables and Accessories dynamics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Commercially minded, analytical, and pragmatic in your approach
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus
