They strive to maintain landscapes to complement both their environment and the character of each venue. They are seeking a Maintenance Foreperson to join their team based out of Richmond and the surrounding area. You will need a full driving license and horticultural experience to be considered, this would suit somebody already in a Team Leader position or somebody who is ready to step up. Responsibilities Supervising a small team of mobile gardeners All aspects of garden maintenance including: mowing Strimming Weeding Planting Pruning Watering Seeding Hedge cutting Leaf blowing Spraying Person Specification Organised Excellent communication skills Full clean UK driving licence is essential Hort qualification desirable PA1 and PA6 desirable Excellent interpersonal skils vast experience using garden machinery ideally including Ride-ons
