Main duties of the jobThe role is patient-centred and delivered from your nominated practice site. The postholder should confidently evidence key skills including excellent verbal and written communication, clinical skills, and empowering patients to manage their health conditions. Usual duties include patient care through regular appointments, home visits and general administration for patient care. The postholder will work in collaboration with their local practice team and associated practice roles.

Job Description / QualificationsKnowledge and qualifications include: GMC registered, CCST for primary care in the UK, eligible to work in the UK, MRCGP (Desirable), on the UK performers list for primary care, current driving licence and access to a car. Essential experience notes that we accommodate salaried GPs with all levels of primary care experience and will tailor a personal development plan. Skills include IT proficiency (MS Office, clinical systems such as SystmOne or similar), excellent communication, and time management. Personal qualities include being pleasant, supportive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. The role requires registration and ongoing professional requirements in line with UK standards.
