Construction Delivery Manager Location: Greater Manchester Salary: £55,000 £70,000 Permanent We re looking for an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to manage work packages on complex UK infrastructure projects. You ll deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards while supporting wider programme delivery. What you ll do: Manage smaller projects independently and coordinate subcontract packages Monitor workmanship, snags, and create inspection and test plans (ITPs) Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects running smoothly Drive continuous improvement and efficiency You ll need: Experience as a Delivery/Work Package Manager or Project Engineer Mechanical or Electrical engineering background CSCS card and HNC or equivalent Ability to manage projects and build strong relationships Knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety best practice Pharma/cleanroom experience beneficial but not essential Willingness to travel What we offer: £55,000 £70,000 (DOE) Hybrid/flexible working 25 days leave + bank holidays Pension, life assurance, private healthcare Car allowance/EV scheme, online GP, cycle to work Reward and recognition programme and retail discounts Take ownership of delivery in a supportive, ambitious environment.
