Community and Schools Support Worker (Part-Time) 28 hours per week £27,817.76 pro rata Merseyside Could you help children, young people and families navigate life''s challenges and build brighter futures? Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community and Schools Support Worker to join their team. Working closely with schools, families and partner organisations, you will provide practical and emotional support to children, young people and their families who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including emotional wellbeing concerns, neurodiversity, family difficulties, bereavement, financial hardship, housing issues and social isolation. The Role As a Community and Schools Support Worker, you will work across schools, family homes and community settings, supporting children, young people and families to identify strengths, overcome barriers and access the support they need. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing practical and emotional support to children, young people and families - Completing assessments and developing tailored support plans - Working alongside schools and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes - Supporting families to access appropriate services and resources - Maintaining accurate records and outcome reports - Managing your own caseload and diar
