Work with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team in delivering amazing experiences for customers.Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight customers.Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.You may need to hold or acquire a personal license if not already held.What you''ll bring

Very high standards and attention to detail in day-to-day operations.Strong communication and leadership skills.Business savvy with a keen eye for PandL control.Commitment to individuality, care for others, the pub, and the environment.Previous General Manager experience is desirable; hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced backgrounds with the right attitude are essential.Willingness to learn and strive for new successes.Benefits
