Role OverviewAs an

Associate Architect , you will play a pivotal role in driving projects from initial concept to successful completion. You will work on a variety of exciting schemes that encompass major Residential and Mixed-use developments. Your strong design skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects through all stages, ensuring design integrity and adherence to schedules.

Collaborate with a team of talented professionals to develop innovative design solutions.

Engage with stakeholders to navigate UK Building Regulations and Planning Policies effectively.

Requirements

ARB/RIBA registration is essential.

Proficient in design and technical skills, with AutoCAD experience (Revit knowledge is a plus).

Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Policy.

Strong understanding of layout design for Residential and Mixed-use projects.

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

A genuine passion for architecture that pushes the boundaries of creativity.
