Customer Service Advisor

A product-based business is looking to expand their customer service function. Your new company This business is a very well-known product company in their field. They supply to private customers as well as commercial businesses from life sciences to legal. Due to an increase in demand, the business is looking for another customer service advisor. Your new role Your new role will deal with both inbound and outbound calls/emails. You will liaise with customers and the logistics of the products, any user issues, top up products amongst other things. You will deal with most customers over the phone but you will also manage orders through email. You will work as part of the team to ensure all queries are taken care of and customers are dealt with within SLAs.What you''ll need to succeed You don''t have to have worked within a customer service environment previously, though this will help. You will have a confident telephone manner and be happy speaking to lots of different customers daily. You will have great attention to detail and problem solving skills. You will be happy working in the office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 with 30 mins lunch.
