An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to contribute to the overall success of the HR strategy by delivering a proactive and customer focused HR service across BAE Systems Rochester. This would involve providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide variety of HR matters such as employee relations, policies and procedures, data analytics and delivery of key projects. You will be pro-active, able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels will be essential.
