Job Title: Water Hygiene TechnicianLocation: LutonPay Range/details: £32,500 per annumContract Type: Permanent Omega are supporting a leading facilities management provider in the recruitment of a Water Hygiene Technician assist in the delivery of an effective national water hygiene service to ensure statutory responsibilities are met and providing a safe working environments for employees and clients. Key Responsibilities Water Hygiene Technician Inspect and clean cold water storage tanks and associated systems.Carry out and complete site-specific Legionella risk assessment review reports.Undertake cleaning and chlorination of tanks and systems, often outside of trading hours.Appropriately sample CWSTs, cold outlets, and hot water systems.Audit compliance folders to ensure routine jobs are completed to standard.Communicate with site management and operations teams regarding all work carried out.Complete all documentation and registers on arrival and departure from each site.Report non-compliance with water regulations and raise remedial work requests as required.Plan and deliver scheduled site reviews, ensuring all visits are completed within agreed timescales.Support night shift teams and maintain daily communication with line management.
